return

We offer returns / exchanges within 3 days of your purchase date. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be given any return, exchange or refund. To be eligible for a refund or exchange [1] Items purchased must be unused and in the same condition that you received them [2] Item must have original packaging [3] If you purchased an item on sale, that item may not be eligible for return/exchange.Furthermore, if such item is found to be defective or damaged.You agree that it may be a specific category of product/item that may be subject to a return or refund Exempted. Once your returned product/items have been received and inspected by us, we will send you an email to notify you. Regarding receipt of returned/exchanged product. Refund Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product/service purchased through the Platform. Cancellation under this policy will only be considered if requested within 3 days of placing the order. Although a cancellation request cannot be entered if the order has been notified to such sellers/merchants listed on the Platform and they have started the process of dispatching the product to them as it is out for delivery, in such event you may choose to reject the product. At the door step .However if the user establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not good then a refund/replacement can be made. In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please inform our customer service team. The request will be considered once the seller/merchant listed on the platform has checked and determined the same as its owner. This should be reported within 3 days of receiving the product. If you feel that the product received is not as described on the site or as you expected, you must bring it to the attention of our customer service within 3 days of receiving the product. Customer service team will take appropriate decision after investigating your complaint. In case of complaints regarding a product that comes with a warranty from the manufacturers, please refer the issue to them. In case of any refund approved by Shreeji Online Customer Care, you will take 10 days to process the refund.
